Post-Concussion Syndrome refers to a constellation of symptoms often experienced after a traumatic brain injury (TBI), being more common in the mildly injured individuals. Examples of TBI include those due to motor vehicle accidents, falls and sport injuries. The symptoms fall into 3 categories: physical, cognitive and psychological.

We provide a comprehensive service adopting a three-pronged approach to the assessment and treatment of the cognitive, physical and psychological disorders associated with PCS. This includes:

- Centre-based and community-based cognitive assessment and rehabilitation to promote community integration and the application of memory and other cognitive skills to real life situations.

- Disability coping counsellign to promote self-coping in people with disabilities and enhance interpersonal relationship with their caregivers and others.

- Regulated exercise and wellness programmes to promote physical and psychological wellbeing.
